Hi Ibrahim,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.
We would be glad to help you today. Seems like an Insider Build issue.
Dev Channel Builds can have this problem. Is it failing since the last week build?
The first step would be to try resetting Windows updates using an automatic script.
Reset Windows updates in Windows 10/11

Download the file > Right-click it and run as administrator. Reboot and check for updates again.

If that does not resolve the problem, wait for the next set of updates when it will be resolved. This is a very common problem with Insider Builds.
