Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
Hello, thank you for your feedback on your issue here, it seems that the black screen appears after every update.

Press Win + Ctrl + Shift + B to restart the graphics driver. This may bring the display back to life.
- Launch Repair.
On the page where you mentioned uninstalling the update, select Startup Repair to diagnose and fix any startup issues
System Restore.
If the above steps don't work, try restoring the system to a previously working condition: Go to Advanced Options > System Restore.
Go to Advanced Options > System Restore and follow the prompts.
- Check Display Connections: Make sure all display cables are securely connected.
Make sure all display cables are securely connected. If possible, connect your laptop to an external monitor to see if it works. This may be caused by an abnormal graphics card driver after the update.

Boot into Safe Mode and update your display adapter drivers.
Right-click the Start button > Device Manager > Display Adapter > right-click the adapter and select Update Driver.
- Repair system files.
In Safe Mode, open a command prompt as administrator and execute the following command.
sfc/scannow
chkdsk / f
These commands will check and repair any corrupted system files.

In addition you can use the event Manager to see if there is any information. Type "Event Viewer" in the Start menu) and check for any error messages when the startup failed. This can give you a more specific understanding of what might be causing the problem. You can also share it here.
