Hello, my usb ports on the top of my computer randomly have stopped working, i will be playing a game and then suddenly both my controller and my mouse will not move anything, but my keyboard still works (it’s plugged into the back). it only works again when i reset my computer but it’s becoming more and more frequent and not sure what to do. also, when i take them out and try to plug them into the back they don’t work either, it’s like my pc doesn’t want me to move or control it anymore. pretty sure my bios and drivers are all up to date. thanks!

Go to the support page for your PC or Motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install (not update) the version of chipset drivers they recommend and while there, if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed
