Spotlight not refreshing

I'm using Windows Spotlight but after installing some updates it's no longer changing to different wallpaper.

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Windows update

I'm Christine, I'll be happy to assist you. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

May I know the version or build of Windows that you're running? (Please press Windows key+R and type winver and hit enter)

  1. Let's try to refresh the explorer.exe

On Windows 11:

Right click on start menu and choose Task Manager

Click Details Tab and end the task of explorer.exe

Then click Run New Task and type explorer.exe and hit enter

  1. Update or Reinstall the Display driver

Please press the Windows key + X

Then click Device manager

Kindly expand the Display Adapters

Right click and choose "Update Driver"

Select "Search automatically for drivers"

If the issue persists Choose "Browse my computer for driver" instead

and click " Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

Choose the older version.

If it will still the same, please uninstall the driver and restart your device.

  1. Please try to change the wallpaper to Picture and set it back to Spotlight.

Please restart and check if the issue persists.

  1. Please try to run the sfc scannow to check if there's a corrupted system file. Kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Please click start menu and type cmd, right click on it and choose CMD with Admin.

Type sfc /scannow and hit enter. NOTE: There's a space between c and /
