Hello.

I have been running into a decent number of errors in the last week. My system operates windows 10 version Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 and is 6 years old. I have been suffering from errors for the last year and these mainly had just been due to outdated drivers. However, I am not sure if drivers are causing these problems because some crashes occured the day after I updated the drivers. There is a new driver available but I am unable to download it because the packages keep becoming corrupt. I find I hard to get around the computer becuase the search bar bricks the system for 5 minutes and uses 18GB of ram. along with the fact that applications keep closing and reopening.

System information

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics, 3600 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 24.0 GB

GPU Nvidia 1660 Super

C drive is a samsung SSD and every other drive is a hard drive.

Again this is the list of errors

PFN_LIST_CORRUPT 0x0000004e

UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION 0x00000154

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT 0x0000001a

On sunday I had run system checks of the Ram. No problems were found but while running drive checks some corrupted files were found but the system did not find anything wrong with the drive themselves but this may be wrong.

I will be happy to upload the dump files because I am unsure of how to read them.

Thanks.

Hi Benjamin, upon checking and analyzing the event logs, there are multiple Schannel errors which is a network-related issue, and multiple VBoxNetLwf, this error occurs due to corrupted memory or virtual box, and for us to sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps from the link below:

https://www.thewindowsclub.com/the-driver-detec...

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

For Schannel error:

Method 1. Roll back the Network driver.

-Press the Windows key + X

-Go to Device Manager

-Expand the Network Adapters

-Look for the LAN and Wi-Fi driver

-Right-click and click "Update Driver"

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver"

-Click "Let me pick drivers available drivers on my computer"

-Choose an old driver or other names of the driver then select it and hit next until it installs.

Method 2. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

  • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
  • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
  • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
  • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
  • Close Task Manager.
  • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Note: If the issue persists, please download and install a LAN and Wi-Fi driver from your manufacturer's website and or update the BIOS with the help of the PC manufacturer.

    Hi, Bernard

Below should be all of my system logs from the last 7 days which is when the crash errors have been occuring the most often. Thanks for looking into it. I did a search of my windows folder and those were the only dump files present there were others but they were unfortunately overwritten.

Hi Benjamin, I appreciate that information, in addition, can you further check if you have more dump files on the PC? As per checking the Minidump files, it is only displaying general errors, in addition, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

To do this kindly follow the steps from this link:

    Hi, Bernard

Thanks for helping me, below should be a link, some of the error dump files stated above are now missing because today the system has run into multiple crashes and the dump files from sunday were overridden. I hope the files state what is happening. The system is really unstable but can be used just for file searching and some google usage. Another error occurred which was KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE 0x00000139.
