RunDLL error

A very annoying msg

There was a problem starting

C:\users\drmsnagi\appdata\local\librariesshare\autws_ulscud.dll

The specified module could not be found

And I tried every possible way to fix it and searched almost every where for a dll with this name

What can I do??
