Cannot access controlled folder access

Hello,

I cannot access the "Controlled folder access" option, I get the below message.

I already contacted Microsoft support, installed a few things, even a different version.

I installed a few things such as mediacreationtool, WindowsPCHealthCheckSetup, Windows11InstallationAssistant.

I still cannot access this option. This is a personal computer and I am the only user. Surely I should be able to access this.

Can someone please help me? I spend 1 full sunday trying to work this out still without sucess.

    Based on the original description, we understand that your device appears to be experiencing issues related to some of the features associated with Windows Security.

    Unfortunately, it appears that the image was not successfully uploaded.

    You mentioned “personal computer and I am the only user”.

    Does this mean that you are experiencing issues related to the “organization” “administrator”?
