Well I tried and it worked, which was 4 gb now it's 9 gb, but is there any other way I can make my windows C bigger for the free space? Thanks.

You can use Disk Cleanup to free up disk space on the OS partition. Please see:

Additionally, you can install the TreeSize freeware utility to identify big consumers of disk space.
