Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, I suggest uninstalling the app in safemode so that there will be no interruption, kindly follow the steps below:

Press the Windows + R key, input msconfig in the Windows RUN window, and hit Enter to open the System Configuration utility.

click the Boot tab. Under Boot options, check Safe Boot then click Network and Hit OK

Then do the same steps, you can also delete it by going to Programs and Features:

Press Windows key + R then type in:

appwiz.cpl

Hit OK > Right-click the App then select Uninstall.

Once you have deleted it to go back to normal mode, repeat the process and uncheck Safe Boot

If you still having an issue, you may follow the steps from the link below:

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

Bernard

hey Bernard, thank you for your help . i tried the steps you've told but it didn't worked , so i tried uninstalling the applications by using a third party app and it worked.

previously i removed the app residuals manually from the path so i think that might be the cause i wasn't able to uninstall the application in safe boot mode.

glad you helped so i tried and got to know more ways to do it.

    thank you.

    Shubham
