    Thank you for your reply.

For different brands, the settings in bios are different.

If you can't find the setting in question, try searching for it.

It depends on the brand of the computer, the bios is designed by the brand of the computer.

If your computer bios does not recognize the USB flash drive, you can change the interface

If it doesn't recognize it successfully, there is either a problem with the bios or with the motherboard.

You can contact the computer brand's support staff to assist you in resolving this issue, as it is not a system issue.

This problem may also be the cause of your computer problems.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Hello Memphis Mitchell, Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

According to your feedback, you are experiencing an inability to reset or log in to your computer.

I also see that you are still experiencing blue screen problems, so I suggest that you reinstall your computer.

You can try going to the following URL:

    Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

Then click on the third download button

Install the system on a USB flash drive

Then you can go to your computer's bios and set the USB flash drive as the first boot item.

Reboot your computer and enter the system installation boot screen.

Then you can choose to install the system according to the version of your computer.

Then plug in the card to see if you can solve your problem.

I hope the above information is helpful to you
