    Hello, thank you for your feedback on this, it seems that you are experiencing a code 31 error, which means that Windows is having problems loading device drivers,

    In order to help you better, can you ask where you encountered this error, when playing the game or directly on the desktop pop-up error? If it is convenient for you, you can share the screenshot here, I will check for you.

    You can first press win+x to select Device Manager to check whether there is a yellow error message. You can right-click update first, or share the screenshot here. I will review it and give you further advice.
