bluetooth keeps disappearing

My bluetooth keeps disappearing. I have contacted tech support and they "fixed' it. The fix lasted 6 hours. Drivers, windows have updated, services stopped and started. I have tried every fix I could find on youtube, reddit and this forum. I have managed to restore it three times, but the fix lasts only a matter of hours. The enhancement tab is also missing, so the sound quality is VERY poor. I am at my wit's end, and thinking of just moving to Mac. Is there an external bluetooth adaptor or any way for me to connect laptop audio to an external speaker?

    My sincerest apologies about that. Bluetooth audio is extremely sensitive and finicky, and picky on devices. I personally use an external Bluetooth adapter just for my audio as the sound quality is better, and more stable.
