My pc was running slow so I tried to update through settings. It failed the reset multiple times. think something’s wrong with my drivers as it won’t let me update them too, I’m not sure if that’s a part of it. My pc has been crashing quite a bit as well and I looked up the code, I forgot the exact code, and it said it could be driver issues or malware. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Hunter,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Before resetting your Windows, let's try troubleshooting the issue.

To fix the slow performance issue, kindly go through this checklist to make sure the installation is set up correctly:

For the driver issues, please use System File Checker:

Then, update all the drivers only from the manufacturer's official website.

Regarding the Windows crashing issue, please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy any minidump files you find to your desktop. Afterward, share these files through OneDrive or Google Drive so we can analyze them and identify the specific file that's causing the crash.
