BSOD - Memory_Management

I had a previous issue in another post related to the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD titled 'BSOD - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. GameInput Service Terminated', but after replacing my motherboard entirely and reinstalling my OS onto a new M.2. 2TB SSD, I'm now getting a BSOD for MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. I ran memtest86 to check if my RAM was indeed faulty in all of my problems but the test resulted without any errors. Here is a link to the recent minidump file and the memtest86 results through google drive.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file indicates it is the VB Voicemeeter driver that is causing your system to crash.

Do you have that software installed on your system it is usually found on a Sony Viao device, not an MSI device.
