Hello! I can't enter my pc/windows account for a whole month. At first it was an issue with old mail, so I couldn't enter without securuty code, but now I can\t enter my account at all. it says I can't sign in because of signing back in. Also I can't sign in and sync data and that Microsoft |Edge team has been notified of this issue, but it says so for one whole month. Please, help me. i need my pc back!

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

    If you need to log on to your Windows system.

    You will first need to try to retrieve your Microsoft account using another device.

    You can try signing in to

    account.microsoft.com

    Enter your Microsoft account and password.

    If you are prompted with an incorrect password

    You can try clicking Forgot Password.

    Use your rescue cell phone or rescue email to retrieve your Microsoft account.

    If you are unable to retrieve your Microsoft account, you can follow the prompts and fill out the response form.

    If you are unable to retrieve your Microsoft account through the recovery form.

    We can only suggest you to contact a nearby computer repair site, export your personal data, and then reinstall your Windows system and log in using your new Microsoft account as your primary account.
