I had to get a new computer several years ago and was able to get all my software reloaded except my Visio 2013 because it was by email. By the time I found the link, my software was outdated. I miss my Visio and want to know if I have to buy brand new or can I pay for an upgrade. I buy rather than subscribe.

    Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you are experiencing issues with visio usage. For the issue you are inquiring about, visio cannot be upgraded. Currently, if you can download and install it from the old link, then you are able to use the old version. However, Microsoft no longer provides support for older versions and we recommend that you purchase the latest version.
