How to fix memory pressure

Good Morning,

I have checked all the memory related counters and they all point to memory pressure. Could anybody please tell me how to fix memory pressure

Not clear what your issue is? Do you have query performance issues? Have you set the max-memory limit for SQL Server to a reasonable value?
It's quite normal that SQL Server grabs as much memory as it needs and can get.
