Login gone wrong

Hello. Up until a couple of days ago I logged in into my PC using a local account called Alfi. Yesterday I was trying to get a couple of machined on the same Windows shared network and during this process I was asked to log in my Microsoft account which I did. I finished doing what I was doing and then turned the PC off. Yesterday as i turned my PC on everything changed, meaning that I still got the usual login screen with a certain picture showing for the local account but the account name now showed my Microsoft account name instead of Alfi. Also when I click Sign in the following happens:

-nothing at all happens or

-thescreen background picture changes to one of the usual Windows ones but still I cannot enter any details at all (see video)

After unsuccessfully trying to reinstall the OS without deleting any files or apps, I finally managed to enable the local administrator account. I can now login as local administrator without using any passwords, and if I navigate to C:\Users, I can actually see my Alfi account with all my apps and files still there. I can even run software installed under that account.

Does anybody have an idea of what it might have happened and if I can re-enable the Alfi account ?

Link to a couple of videos.

Many thanks.

    Hello, Alfonso Ramundo

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Hello, thank you for your feedback on your issue here, it seems that you are unable to log into the local account you were using before.

First of all, thank you for sharing the details, from what you have shared, the previous Alfi account should have been corrupted abnormally, but all your data exists, it is recommended that you refer to the steps mentioned in the thread below to migrate the data to restore the account:
