    Hi Shashiendra,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Happy to help you with this. The Java language does not support exclamation marks in the path by design. I see your username has an exclamation mark, which is why it shows the error.

Your only option is to create a new user account and proceed from there. Remember not to add any symbols, or it will break.

    1. Open the Settings app by clicking on the Start menu and selecting the gear icon.
    2. Click on "Accounts."
    3. Click on "Family & other users" in the left-hand menu.
    4. Under "Other users," click on "Add someone else to this PC."
    5. Select "I don't have this person's sign-in information."
    6. Click on "Add a user without a Microsoft account."
    7. Enter a username and password for the new account.
    8. Click on "Next" and then "Finish."

You can promote the account from a standard account(by default), to an administrator that can make system wide changes, using the steps below:

Go to: Settings>Accounts>Family and other users.

Under Other users, click "Change Account type".

    Change it to Administrator.

The new local account will now be added to your Windows PC. You can open your launcher now and you will see it opens correctly.

Hope that helps, and rely on us for any further inquiries. All the best.
