I cannot use Windows Explorer normally. When I open the program, it freezes constantly, but it works fine in Safe Mode.

    Hi Thichakorn,

Press Win + R, type "Services.msc", and click OK.

Double-click "Windows Search" and set it to "Disabled"

Click "Stop" to stop the service if it's running.

    Open File Explorer now.

Does it work correctly? If it does, we need to troubleshoot the Windows Search service.

Hi Thichakorn, I'm Ramesh, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Please clean boot the system to determine if a third-party program or service causes the problem. A clean boot is the process of starting Windows without loading third-party apps and services.

See this Microsoft article for more information.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...

(Step 3 is very *important*. You need to first enable "Hide all Microsoft Services" before clicking "Disable all".)

Let me know if the problem is resolved in the clean boot mode.
