This is the error message i get on my PC in the reliability app. I have tried scanning the PC with a multitude of commands such as:DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth. Sfc /scannow, and chkdsk /f /r /b. I have also tried looking at all my drivers and they all seem to be up to date.

If i could have someone help me out and figure out what the issue is it would be much appreciated,

(If you have any extra information you would like for me to attach then just ask)

Please try using this method to bypass the permissions restrictions.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Open that minidump folder

Select any files in there and press Ctrl + C to copy those files

On your Desktop, right click and choose New - Folder

Go into that new folder and press Ctrl + V to paste a copy of those files

    Log into OneDrive: https://onedrive.live.com/

Drag that new folder form your Desktop into the OneDrive page and wait for it to upload

When it has uploaded, right click the folder on the OneDrive page and choose Share

    Click Copy Link

    Then post that link here.

Your one minidump file just indicated RAM corruption as the cause of that crash, do you have any more minidump files available that you can upload for analysis?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
