    ipconfig /flushdns

    Netsh winsock reset

    net localgroup administrators localservice /add

    fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\

netsh int ip reset resetlog .txt

    netsh winsock reset all

    netsh int 6to4 reset all

    netsh winsock reset

    Restart your PC.

    > Try resetting your Network Settings Manually:

    1. Press Windows Key + I Key to open Settings > Click on "Network and Internet".
    2. Then click on "Status" > Select "Network reset";
    3. Restart your PC.

    > If none of the solutions work, a System Restore might be helpful. Keep in mind that this process will uninstall programs and drivers added since the restore point was established, but your files will be safe.

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

    Type "rstrui.exe" and press Enter.

The System Restore window will open. Click "Next."

Select a restore point from a date when your computer was working correctly.

    Click "Next," then "Finish."

Your computer will restart, and the system will be restored to the selected restore point.

Note: This will take some time. Please do not interrupt.

Thank you for your answer and screenshots. Please try updating or reinstalling the Wi-Fi driver:

Right-click the Start Menu and click Device Manager.

    Expand the Network Adapters.

Right-click the Wi-Fi driver(MediaTek) and choose Update Driver.

    Select Search automatically for drivers.

If the issue persists, select Browse my computer for drivers instead.

Click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.

Select an older driver from the list and click Next.

If the issue persists, right-click the Wi-Fi driver(MediaTek) and choose Uninstall.

Restart your device to reinstall the driver and check.

If the issue continues, are you using the device that is having the issue on an Ethernet connection right now?

    Hi Jorja,

My name is Estrella, and I'm a Microsoft user like you. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I'll be more than happy to help.

    1. Did the issue just start today?
    2. Were there any changes made to your computer system before this issue?
    3. Press Windows + R, then type MSINFO32 and hit ok. Take a screenshot of that window and attach it to your next reply.
    4. Go to Device Manager and expand the network drivers. Please send a screenshot of the driver list.
