Anybody else have personal accounts that have been hacked by your So-called Admin? I have not worked in years then all the sudden my computer isn't acting write, and I find my computer has an admin controller. I don't have an admin. So, i have been trying to remove it but they have just written me out by changing the buttons' function, writing in a block to multiple accounts and programs. They pretend to be my family or friends; they have physically stalked my life by canceling doctor appointments. They have even impersonated law enforcement. Is there any way out of this stalkers grip over my family... What do I do? I am open to ideas, but I have run out of hope.

    Dear Benjamin Curtis Kimmel!

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

Based on the situation you described, it sounds very serious and may involve personal privacy and security issues.

Here are some possible steps and suggestions that I hope will help you get out of this predicament:

    1. Disconnect from the network: First, disconnect your computer from the Internet to prevent further remote access and privacy information from being violated.
    2. Use security software or repair your computer offline directly: Install and run a trusted security software for a full scan to detect and remove any malware or backdoor programs or repair it offline directly to prevent a greater impact on your information security.
    3. Change passwords: Change passwords for all important accounts, including email, social media, bank accounts, etc., and make sure to use strong passwords.
    4. Back up important data: Back up important files and data to external storage devices.
    5. Contact professionals: Seek help from professional cybersecurity services, who may be able to provide more professional solutions.
    6. Call the police: If you think your safety is threatened or someone is impersonating law enforcement, please report the case to the local police immediately.
    7. Legal assistance: Consider seeking legal assistance. If your privacy rights have been violated, you may need to resolve the problem through legal means.
    8. Inform family and friends: Make sure your family and friends are aware of the situation, so they are not misled.
    9. Keep records: Keep a record of all unusual activities and attempts, which can be very useful when solving the problem.

Remember, it is very important to stay calm and rational. Although the situation may make you feel helpless, there are ways to gradually solve the problem. Do not give up hope and take timely actions to protect yourself and your family. If you feel that your safety is directly threatened, please contact the police immediately.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

    Best regards,
