Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

Thank you for the information. You may use Presenter View.

Connect your laptop to the screen via HDMI.

In PowerPoint, enable Presenter View under the Slide Show tab.

Set the external display for the slideshow, while your laptop shows your speaker notes, slide previews, and timers.

You can easily switch between multiple presentations using Alt+Tab without disrupting the audience's view.

Please let me know if you have any more questions, I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,

    Charity

    Hello Maarten,

To manage and switch between multiple PowerPoint presentations on an external screen, you can utilize the extended display settings of your operating system. First, ensure that the external screen is recognized as a separate display in your system settings. Then, open the PowerPoint presentations on your laptop, and under the 'Slide Show' tab, select 'Set Up Slide Show'. Here, you can choose the monitor on which to display the presentation. For seamless switching, you can use the 'Presenter View' to control and preview slides before they appear on the external screen. Additionally, keyboard shortcuts like 'Alt+Tab' or 'Ctrl+F6' can be used to navigate between different open presentations or applications. This setup allows for a professional and organized presentation flow, enabling you to display multiple PowerPoints on the screen as needed.

    Hope this helps,

    Fathia A
