Just got it back from RMA for 14th Gen CPU. Just want this fixed, I feel like its the ram but I don't know. I have done multiple updates for drivers, updated BIOS, done a Memtest86 twice with no errors, same with the Windows Memory Diagnostic. I have done sfc /scannow and DISM but no fix still getting the error. Please help

    Good Afternoon,

Should have mentioned, I reinstalled Riot Games entirely (Valorant and League of Legends) and I am still getting the issue. Any other suggestions?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my working hours vary & I usually reply between 10:00 pm & 6:00 am EST(UTC -5) Monday to Sunday.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking and analyzing the DMP files you have, there's an error pcw.sys and vgk.sys, this is the Vanguard kernel-mode driver or the Vanguard driver from Riot games, if you have games like Valorant I suggest reinstalling it and checking again if the issue persists, kindly follow the steps from this link:

    https://windowsreport.com/vgk-sys-blue-screen/

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

If none will work from the above solution, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Kindly follow the steps from this link:

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard
