BSOD Please HELP

Getting crashes daily and about 5 or more times a day. This is really annoying. I'd really appreciate if someone could provide me some help. Below are the contents of the dump:

    Thanks Nals, scan showed corrupt files and has been repair successfully. Hopefully that solves it for me. I'll let you know if ever I get these crashes again.

    1. Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

    1. Perform the clean boot option

    Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.

    Type "msconfig" and press Enter.

    In the System Configuration window, go to the "Services" tab.

    Check the box that says "Hide all Microsoft services."

    Click on "Disable all" to disable all non-Microsoft services.

    Go to the "Startup" tab and click "Open Task Manager."

    In the Task Manager, disable all startup programs.

    Close the Task Manager and click "OK" in the System Configuration window.
