Here's a revised version of your text:

"I don't know what to do; I've tried everything to fix this issue: 'Your IT administrator has limited access to Windows Defender on Windows 11.' I've already tried the SecurityHealthSetup, checked the accounts, and confirmed there is no school account linked. I also tried using a Windows 11 ISO, followed various forum suggestions, and used PowerShell commands, but nothing has worked. Please help!"

Did not work the task. I did it in admin command prompt "ERROR: The specified task name "/Tasks/manta" does not exist in the system."

The system is clean and Defender binaries are intact. There is an unwanted adware task that can be deleted. From admin Command Prompt, run:

    SCHTASKS /Delete /TN "\Tasks\manta"

Next, to inspect the Defender configuration and the Windows Security app version, please download my defender_diag.bat (direct download link - zipped) batch file.

    https://gist.github.com/winhelponline/f01861081...

Right-click on the downloaded file, click Properties, select "Unblock" (if it exits), and OK. Then, run the batch file as an administrator.

The Batch file queries Defender-related settings/Policies and outputs the results to a log file named defender.log in your %temp% folder. Upload this log to your OneDrive and share the link here.

    Hi EeryLearner142, This is Ramesh.

The "Your IT administrator has limited access" message may appear for several reasons. The Defender service configuration may be incorrect, malware may be present, or some registry-based policies may be in effect.

Please run the Farbar Scanner and share your logs to inspect the Defender-related services and check for malware.

    1. Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 64-bit (FRST64.exe)

    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farba...

Note: If Microsoft Edge or Chrome mislabels the Farbar Scanner executable as PUA/malware, choose to keep it by tapping … in the bottom bar, choosing Keep, and then choosing Keep anyway in the dialog that appears. See this screenshot: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/me...

    1. If the OS language is non-English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe.
    2. Run the program. Don't check or uncheck any options. Click "Scan".
    3. Zip the two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, upload them to your OneDrive and share the link here.
