bluetooth and camera missing
soo....i was trying to fix a problem related to my bluetooth since my Bluetooth just dissappered out of nowhere. So i was told to press windows+ r and type services.msc to get to this tab of services. and then i was told to find bluetooth support services and to "start" it. when i looked for the start button there was "stop" and "restart" so i decided to click on restart. but when it was restarting i accidentally closed the tab and now it im unable to do anything, its just stuck at the stopping status for the past 7 hours and my blue tooth is still not fixed my camera has also gone (when i open camera it says "we cant find your camera". i use my laptop for many things and this is a BIG problem for me. pls helpp
i tried shutting down multiple times and none of it is working
i own a windows 11 dell laptop if that helps

I'm Rehan, a Microsoft Windows independent advisor and a windows user like you.
I will happy to help you with your query today. I think the drivers wiped away due to your act of closing the window while doing an action.
Did you try to redownload the drivers, install restart and then check?

2024-09-02T14:25:49+00:00 You visit Dell Support specific to your Tag# and run their diagnostics.
Win11 by default only installs critical security updates, unless you made the mistake of selecting “Get latest updates” which includes drivers.
See your laptop/PC makers support to update both bios and ALL drivers.
There should be a shortcut to that makers update utility on your system.
Then set Bios to defaults & Pwr to balanced. At the end of the day shutdown, do not leave in sleep.
