Unknown log file

I found out that there is a file named ad_log.log in my D Driver and it is massive; I don't know what it does and why it takes 21.1GB of space.

My D Driver is out of space so I want to delete some files including this one.

I'm just here to ask if deleting this file will cause any problems.

    Seems this file was generated by some third-party tool. Before deleting you may rename it to ad_log.bak and check if this causes some problem.
