I have been unable to contact anyone from Microsoft for over a week. My service requests have not been replied to since 8 September. Do Microsoft only work within certains hours? Thanks.

Hi Patricia, I'm John, a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand how frustrating it can be. I'm here to provide information as a fellow Microsoft user.

Microsoft support typically operates within specific business hours. These hours can vary depending on your location and the specific service you're contacting. Microsoft might be experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of support requests, leading to longer response times.

You can, however, contact them again via a live chat session using these steps below if you still haven't heard from them in the coming days:

    Here is the link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

    > Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.

    > At the bottom, click "Sign in to contact support" and sign in with your personal Microsoft account, or click "Contact Support" if you're already signed in.

    > In Product and services, select "Windows".

    > In Category, select "Technical support."

    > Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

If you ever find yourself stuck in a loop, please use the keywords "Contact Support" or "Live Chat" (without the quotes) and click "Contact Support" at the bottom.

Click "Reply" below if you have any further questions or concerns.

I really hope this information is helpful.

    John J.D.
