- Go to Settings - Accounts - Sign in options - Make sure that your PIN and Picture password options are correctly set up and enabled and also try removing and re-adding the PIN or Picture password.
- Open File Explorer then navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft and locate the Ngc folder then delete it . This will reset any corrupted PIN data
