    Open Device Manager and make sure all

    your drivers are up to date, especially Graphics.

    Run command sfc /scannow

    Also run Command

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Also run Memory Diagnostics:

    WIN+R and type mdsched.exe and Enter.

    We understand that you are experiencing blue screen problem, we need dump file to analyze the cause of your blue screen and give further solution. Please follow the steps below to setup and get the dump file:  Go to C:\Windows\Minidump to find the blue screen log file.If you can't find the dump file, you can set it up like this:Press Windows key + S and type Control in the search bar to find and open “Control Panel” > System and Security > System > Advanced System Settings > Advanced > Startup and Failure Recovery > Settings, write debugging information and select “Small Memory Dump”. Confirm and restart your computer.After setup, next time if you get a blue screen again, go to the default path location C:\Windows\Minidump where you can find the blue screen log file.Please send me a private message and I will analyze the cause of the blue screen for you.You can refer to the steps below to send a private message: 1.You can send private message through the Messages link at the top right of the page.

     2.Check your sent PM by going to My Profile, and then selecting View private messages on the left pane of your profile page.

     

    You may see the message that I sent you earlier.

    We will analyze the causes of blue screen through the dump file you sent and give a plan. We look forward to your reply and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
