2024-09-15T10:44:36+00:00 I'm really sorry about the delayed response. Have you tried using a different RAM stick? If you don't have a spare ram stick, the only choice would be to send it to a repair shop.

2024-09-14T19:57:56+00:00 I have removed/unplugged everything and reinstalled all of it correctly and it still does the beeping and won’t boot up, is there a way I can wipe all data to make it work or should I send it to a repair shop?

2024-09-14T19:41:06+00:00 Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!
I'm sorry that this happened to you. The beeping pattern you described (3 long beeps followed by 2 short beeps) on your HP Pavilion indicates a potential issue with the memory (RAM). This error usually occurs when the embedded controller fails to complete the memory initialization. Have you tried the steps below?
- Reseat the RAM: Power off your PC, remove the RAM sticks, and then carefully reinstall them. Make sure they are seated properly.
- Test with Different RAM: If reseating the RAM doesn't work, try using a different, known good memory module to see if the problem persists.
- Check the Motherboard: If replacing or reseating the memory does not resolve the issue, the motherboard may have a problem that requires professional inspection or repair.
There is a slight chance that the hard drive might have been affected, depending on what the PC was doing when the failure occurred. You may need to reinstall Windows if the drive becomes corrupted.
Please let me know if you have any more questions, I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Charity (GMT+08:00)
Please note that things might need more than one reply to completely resolve your issue, as it will completely depend on the complexity of the question and the amount of detail that you have provided me.
