Network Drive Connection on my computer

When I rebooted my computer I lost the connection to a drive that I had created.

I can see that it did exist, however, when I attempt to go to it I get an error "windows can't find E:......., check the spelling and try again , or an error "the drive or network connection refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the network resource is available, and then try again "
