I try to reset this pc and he ask me a luxoft email thia is my personal gaming device

    Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.

    Based on the description, it seems that the system asks for a corporate e-mail when you try to reset it. It seems to be a work device managed by that corporation, and it should not be a "personal gaming device".

    If you do not work at Luxoft, please contact the seller, as it could be a stolen device. If you do, you need to contact the IT department of your workplace for further assistance.
