    Hello,IsPa 72

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

I understand that your computer has been infected with a virus that is causing a number of problems. I notice that you may have tried many solutions, have you considered a fresh install of your operating system?

According to your description, the virus infection is causing account privilege issues and the anti-virus software is not functioning properly. This indicates that the virus has caused serious damage to the system and may not have been completely removed. For security reasons, I strongly recommend that you format the disk and perform a fresh installation.

I fully understand the importance you place on data security, but in order to avoid further infection of data files by the virus in the future, resulting in encrypted or corrupted files, or even affecting the normal operation of the system, which may result in even greater losses. In order to ensure the safety of your data, I will give you some suggestions, please perform the following steps in order.

    1. Back up important files: Please back up your important data to an external storage device such as a removable hard disk or USB flash drive as soon as possible to ensure that your data will not be lost.
    2. Use cloud storage: You can also utilize cloud storage services such as OneDrivee to upload your files to the cloud so that you can still access your backup files even if your local data is affected.
    3. Fresh Installation of the System: After the backup is complete, format the disk and freshly install the operating system, which will help to remove viruses and restore the system's normal functionality. Reinstall Windows - Microsoft Support
    4. Regular updates and scans: After installing your new system, make sure you regularly update your operating system and anti-virus software, and run a full scan to prevent future virus infections.

If you prefer, we can communicate in Italian, which we hope will make your experience better.

Please make sure you pay attention to the above steps to keep your data and system safe. Please feel free to let me know if you need further help or guidance.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

    Best Regards,
