    Hi Daezha Jackson

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I understand that you get a blue screen after your computer starts up with the blue screen code UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME, and I understand very well how you feel!

UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME This problem is caused by Windows not being able to access the system partition during the startup process, including file system corruption, hardware problems and so on!

I will give you some suggestions and solutions that will hopefully solve your problem or help you determine if it is a hardware issue that is causing it. However, the first reply may not be able to solve your problem due to too little information, so I hope you will understand and provide more information in your reply, thank you very much!

Option 1: This may be due to an incomplete or faulty hardware connection.

If you have a desktop computer, you can try to open the case and check if the hard disk data cable and power cable are firmly connected.

If you are a laptop, you can try to remove the backplane and detach the hard disk, blow or wipe it and plug it back in.

Option 2: Please enter the BIOS to see if the hard disk can be detected and recognized by the BIOS (you can check whether the recognition is normal or not by displaying the name of the hard disk), and whether the boot sequence is set correctly.

Option 3: In this case, you shouldn't be able to access the system's WinRE either. At this point we need to try to access WinRE and fix it with the help of external Windows installation media.

To make a Windows installation media you can refer to: Create installation media for Windows - Microsoft Support

    1. Try to repair the boot record and boot sector via command line.

    (1) First, create a Windows installation media.

    (2) Connect the installation media to the computer.

    (3) Start the computer and set the Windows installation media as the first bit in BIOS.

    (4) Save and enter, the computer will enter the Windows installation program

    (5) Click Next, and then click “Repair Computer” in the lower left corner.

    (6) On the “Choose an option page”, click “Troubleshooting”.

    (7) “Advanced Options” -> “Command Prompt”

    (8) Please enter the following commands in sequence

    chkdsk /f /r

    bootrec /fixmbr

    bootrec /fixboot

    bootrec /scanos

    bootrec /rebuildbcd

    1. Try to repair your computer via WinRE.

In the “Advanced Options” page, select “Startup Repair” -> Try to complete the repair according to the bootstrap.

I sincerely hope that the above solution will solve your problem. Please feel free to contact me if you have any problems or still can't solve them. (Photos related to the question would be great!) .

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Best Regards
