Hi Christopher Crotty1
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Based on your description, I understand that you will have a recurring charge on your credit card from Microsoft, but you don't know what the charge is for, and I understand very well how you feel!
Since this issue would involve accounts, which contain a lot of your personal information (PII), in order to avoid your personal privacy being leaked or even stolen in a public place!
Please contact Contact Us - Microsoft Support for help and support related to the issue, thank you very much!
(1) Click on the link to visit the website and sign in to your account
(2) Enter the problem you are experiencing in the search field.
(3) Click on “Get Help”.
(4) You can view the help, or ask for online and phone support
Personally, I would recommend contacting online or phone support as they can assist you remotely or look into your order number to find out what the chargeback is and what it is.
If you feel that the charge is unjustified or you need a refund, you can also describe your request to Online Support or Phone Support.
I sincerely hope that if you contact the right department, the issue will be resolved as soon as possible!
Best Regards
