(2) May I ask is there an error code or error message associated with the error you encountered?

But I have some suggestions, you can according to my suggestions to carry out some troubleshooting, I hope to be able to help you:
(1) You can check what is the size of the zip file you are trying to upload. Does it exceed the maximum file transfer size for the platform, email, website, etc. where the Zip file needs to be uploaded.
(2) Does the place where the Zip file needs to be uploaded have a limit for a specific file type?
(3) You can try to test it with different devices or different Zip files to see if it can be uploaded smoothly.
