windows shortcut with win button stopped working

so my win shortcut like win+r/win+shift+s just stopped working suddenly i tried everything nothing works i have no virus no gaming mod no problem with sfc scan pls help me

    I'm Christine, I'll be happy to assist you. Looks like your shortcut keys with Windows is not working. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

    May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?

    Is Windows key alone working?

    1. Let's update or Reinstall the Keyboard driver

    Please right click the Start Menu

    Then click Device manager

    Kindly expand the Keyboard

    Right click each drivers and choose "Update Driver"

    Select "Search automatically for drivers"

    If the issue persists Choose "Browse my computer for driver" instead

    and click " Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

    Choose the older version.

    If it will still the same, please uninstall the driver and restart your device.
