Hi sorry for the late reply. I used a bootable USB to get windows and yes I can use the pc after the popup. It looks like this

So everytime I start my pc, windows setup pops up for 2 seconds. It does not show any text or anything just a white box. It does not do anything just very annoying and was wondering if there is a fix for it? (this image just with no text and smaller box)

Have you connected any bootable USB to your computer? Can you take an exact photo with your smartphone?
Are you able to use your computer after that popup?
