Issue Regarding Bluetooth connections

Hello, either my Lenovo laptop or my SKull Candy earbuds seem to have issues pairing. When I tried pairing my earbuds to other devices, it paired quickly and made a good connection, the same is true with my laptop when it comes to connecting to other devices. I tried forgetting the device, but now I can see the earbuds in my Bluetooth menu, but they refuse to pair. Since this issue has started, my Windows 11 has updated and I have tried turning Bluetooth on and off, along with making sure all the drives were updated. Any suggestions on what else I should do?

Since you have already tried updating your Bluetooth driver from the manufacturer's website, it looks like we will need to perform a Repair Inplace Upgrade process. This process will reinstall Windows while keeping your files and applications safe. Reinstalling Windows attempts to fix and replace corrupted files on the computer that may have caused this issue.

Before doing so, unplug all unnecessary external peripherals connected to your PC, and temporarily disable any third-party antivirus program to avoid interference. Please follow the step-by-step guide at the link below:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Download the Windows 11 disk image (ISO) and save it to your computer.

https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...

  1. After completing the process, run the MediaCreationTool.exe application.
  2. On the program window, choose the option to "Upgrade this PC now".
  3. During the upgrade process, select the option to "Keep personal files and apps".
  4. Let the installation proceed.

What is the exact make and model of your computer? Have you already tried downloading and installing the Bluetooth driver from the manufacturer's website? This issue occurred after a Windows update, correct?

Thanks for the suggestion, but none of this seemed to work. I have confirmed many times that my earbuds are in pairing mode, and my Laptop can see them in the Bluetooth menu, but there seems to be an issue when it comes to the pairing

    Hi Benny,

My name is Estrella, and I'm a Microsoft user like you. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I'll be more than happy to help.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your Bluetooth connection after a Windows Update. Press Windows + R, type MSINFO32, and hit OK. Take a screenshot of that window and attach it to your next reply.

Meanwhile, I would suggest you perform these steps and check.

Solution 1: Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter

Select the Start Menu > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, and then from the list select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.

Solution 2: Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager.

    Expand the Bluetooth section

Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, then click Uninstall Device.

Ensure the "Delete driver software for this device" is checked

    Restart your computer.

Test the Bluetooth if working or not.

Let me know the result or if you need more help by clicking the 'Reply' link below. Thank you.
