I had Security problem with my account, 2 step verification use email and phone witch i dont recognize, I had to many bad password used so login in my account is locked. Ascr doesnt work because is turn on 2 step verification even if i manage turn off.
I feel a hostage no options, no chat support and any help without login.
Please help recover account

    I cant both name are connected with same email adress, how i dont know. I manage to login my account but i no longer controll my accout and what does micrsoft doing with it.

    Jakub pryjma1 this is only name witch i used on skype. Whats going on here i dont know.

    So for now i get acces to account micrsoft:

    I added autenticator app second email and second number for recovery and backup.

    Still have problem:

    My password its not recognized

    Cant reset or use recovery password or login with password

    Ascr doesnt work because i have double verification, even i turned off, it doesnt work.

    When try reset password i have to choose email or phone but there shows not my data.

    So right now i sign in with authenticator and bypass the problem. I was unable to contact with chat, because of my llate working ours.
    I hope someone can help me.

    I manage to check my account data on browser, in account is valid number and email adress. When i try reset password and aske for two step verification than show up no my data.
