Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

If your restart (not shut down) your PC, can you then see the mouse pointer?

    2

If not, are you using a laptop with a touchpad or PC with separate external mouse?

How are you currently managing to navigate around your screen without a mouse?

    Hey,

That sounds super annoying! Just to get a bit more info—does your mouse not show up at all, or does it disappear sometimes, like when you wake up your computer? Have you tried plugging it into a different USB port or testing it on another device to make sure it’s not the mouse itself? Also, are you using a wired or wireless mouse? Sometimes just updating the mouse drivers can do the trick.

If it’s not showing up at all, it might be a driver issue or something funky with your display settings. You could try to open the Task Manager. If the mouse shows up there, it might just be a problem with Windows Explorer, which you can restart from there.

Since you're on an older Windows 10 build (1507), maybe consider updating to a newer version if you can. It might help sort out whatever’s going on.

Hope this helps, but let me know if you have more details or if something else is up!

    Cheers!
