SSRS report - image has phantom borders

I am showing an image in a table row.
Image border is turned off, but it still shows some:

Any idea why?

    Hi @Zolotoy ，
    I don't quite understand why all this happened. Could you describe it in more detail.
    For example, what operations did you do before, what settings did the picture go through, and how was it inserted into the table? I am confused by the current description.
