SSRS report - image has phantom borders

I am showing an image in a table row.
Image border is turned off, but it still shows some:

Any idea why?

What is the original image like, did you preview it in vs or report builder, or has it been exported?

I have the same issue. It is an External variable Photo so it can be anything.

The photo is selected by the product code.

I don't quite understand why all this happened. Could you describe it in more detail.
For example, what operations did you do before, what settings did the picture go through, and how was it inserted into the table? I am confused by the current description.

The picture comes as an encoded string and it is a field in a dataset. The image control is added to a table. Image border is set to none. If I convert the encoded string in the online jpeg converter the image does not have any borders.

What is the format of the bordered picture? I'm sorry I still not clear about it . Could you provide the report structure?

You have to right click in an empty space on the report canvas to access the body properties and select "none" there also for report borders
