    Windows will auto-defrag if you have set a schedule in the defrag app for your drive(s) in the defragmenter utility.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    If you have an SSD drive in your PC, then that uses a process named TRIM to keep the drive in good order and you do not need to defrag an SSD, but it would be a good idea to set a schedule to optimize the drive from time to tie..

    Open the Defragmenter utility, in there you can set a schedule.
