I was using windows 10, I got a virus notification then suddenly my system crashed and I was not able to use it again because it was stuck in the auto repair loop.

I had a bootable windows 10 pen drive which I used to format and reinstall windows 10 in my c: drive but after the windows 10 re-installation was finished I saw that my e: drive was BitLocker locked I don't know how it got locked (I suspect it was locked for security reasons maybe by tpm), when I tried to unlock it, it says "no protector found for this drive" and while using "manage-bde -protectors e: -get" it again says no label and no protectors found.

The drive has critical data, how can I unlock it?

    Hi,
Please check this similar case for a hint.
bitlocker protection off and no key protectors, but drive is encrypted (microsoft.com)
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/abcd2478-1401-4d1a-a29c-3042faa9aacf/bitlocker-protection-off-and-no-key-protectors-but-drive-is-encrypted?forum=win10itprosecurity
You could also check Control Panel\System and Security\BitLocker Drive Encryption for the BitLocker status.
