Bluetooth voice breakage

I have Ptron Tangent duo ear phones, which works fine with my mobile phone, it takes a hell lot of time to connect to my levovo ideapad 330 15ikb.. , and after connecting also it taks time to give music and audio permissions to it. The main problem is if a lt the earphone bee connected for some time with no audio the voice starts breaking and then stops, this doesn't occur in continuous playing. pls give me a solution, i tried reinstalling drivers but there was no change.
