Account issue - error message
Hello,
After logging into Office, the error message has been shown with yellow triangle warning icon appear next to the account manager icon on upper right hand corner.
The old windows account used more than 10 years ago still persistently remained.
That account had been killed more than 6 months ago but still remained.
Will try initialize to factory setting later but having some urgent work to do over the weekend.
Seems that some works done this morning had already not overwrite and eventually lost the data.
If there is any troubleshooting except initialize, please advise.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I pay recurrence subscription every month.
Just now, your colleague MS Support team Johan gave me a call and the issue was activation since I have updated Alias this morning.
He said that he will be escalating to his senior team and continuously assist me tommorrow.
