Hi there I purchased windows 11 and a parallel program for my Mac and there’s no product key. I’m frustrated because I’ve been dealing with this for 2 days now and I can’t get in touch with Microsoft. Very poor customer service

You can create your own installation media or download and ISO. (I don't know which you would use for parallels)
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com) use the same account you used to purchase the licence to sign-in to windows during installation.
Failing that you will need to contact Microsoft support directly Contact Us - Microsoft Support if the bot doesn't help enter chat with an agent then Contact Support. Look for a call back or online chat option.
Digital download, it did not install and yes I see it in my purchase history. It there’s no code attached so I’m 3 days post purchase and still can’t access the product.
